The Cove & Kilcreggan Literary Society has speakers invited to give talks on a wide range of social, scientific and cultural topics. After suspending talks last year due to the pandemic, we are delighted to be back and we have Covid-19 precautions in place. The talks start at 8.00pm every other Monday evening, up to Christmas. Doors open at 7.30pm, and we finish at 9.00pm. Our season is from October through to March and the January to March programme will be announced soon.  Each talk is followed by a prize draw plus tea and biscuits and a great chance to catch up with other members.

The 2021 dates are 4, 18 October; 1, 15 and 29 November; 13 December (NOTE CHANGE FROM 6 December), which is our Christmas Party. The season commences again in 2022 on Monday 10 January.

The membership subscription is excellent value at only £10 up to Christmas, including the Party. Membership cards are available from the Hon. Treasurer at the Monday meetings.

Visitors are always very welcome at a charge of £2 per night.

See the Society's website here and find listings of current and past talks in Cove Burgh Hall.
