Our opening event this year features one of Scotland’s most high profile bibliophiles, former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.
Even at her busiest she found reading therapeutic, and has been a long time supporter of both authors and book festivals in Scotland. We are delighted that she has agreed to be our opening event in this anniversary year.
