Hello, I am a fully qualified yoga practitioner and my class on Tuesdays is from 8pm - 9pm.
All levels welcome as we all enjoy the yoga to suit our own capabilities. I alternate my classes weekly so that one week we enjoy a Seasonal Flow style yoga practice, then the following week we do Yin Yoga where we hold the postures for anywhere between one minute to 3 minutes depending on posture and ability.
I hope both give the same marvellous results of a calmer mind, relaxed and stretched body and a greater sense of wellbeing. x
