As the body ages, unless we maintain our flexibility it gradually declines which increases the likelihood of aches, pains and even injury. This class is being introduced to encourage men, who are traditionally less likely to come to a yoga class, but who would benefit greatly from it, to try this non competitive approach to looking after themselves. No previous experience needed, just wear loose clothing and bring an open mind and positive attitude.
No equipment needed, mats provided.
