Cove Burgh Hall Open Day

Thank you to everyone who came along to support Cove Burgh Hall Open Day and help celebrate 25 years of community ownership. The event was a wonderful opportunity for people to come together and mark this significant milestone.

Guests enjoyed performances from several hall user groups, including ReBoot Line Dancing, The Peninsula Choir, and Scottish Country Dancing. Each group contributed by showcasing just a few of the activities that take place at the hall throughout the year.

Councillor Maurice Corry kindly took time out of his busy schedule to lend his support and Board Chairman Graham Bell shared the future plans for the hall and its ongoing role in the community. Richard Reeve provided a brief history of the wonderful Kilcreggan Pier Bell, which is now under the custodianship of the Burgh Hall and will, in the not too distant future, be on public display in our Library.

The ongoing dedication and support of our volunteers, Friends and Gold Friends plays a vital role in ensuring that Cove Burgh Hall remains a vibrant and welcoming place for everyone in the village. If anyone is interested in becoming involved in any capacity in the hall, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
