Once your request is on its way, it goes to relevant person on the CBH team who will send you a reply. The reply email will have a subject line beginning: Re: CBH Enquiry: . If you don't get a response to your message within a day or two, please check your spam or junk folder to make sure the response hasn't ended up there.
