Peninsula resident since 1981, Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care at Kilcreggan Surgery and Eday Surgery, Orkney, and active member of local community organisations including Guides and Brownies, Cove Sailing Club, C&K Community Council.

I first arrived on the Peninsula in 2007 and immediately felt at home in the community and beautiful natural environment. Having run family businesses for thirty years, I have plenty experience in financial management to bring to the Treasurer’s role.

Resident in Kilcreggan since 1984. Came here to work in Faslane - retired in 2010. Director of Cove Burgh Hall since it was taken over from Argyll & Bute Council in 2001 filling various Board posts including Chairman and Events Team Leader.

Formerly a Captain in the Merchant Navy I  have lived on the Peninsula since 1990. Involved with Cove Burgh Hall since the Community bought it from Argyll and Bute Council. Started as Facilities and Maintenance man in 2010.

Arts and sports groupie and long time Kilcreggan resident.  Involved with the Book Festival,  and commissioning CBH events.  Off the Peninsula, chairs Dewar Arts Awards. Owned by Jess,  an amiable Cockapoo.

My wife and I moved to the peninsula in 2020 after being wowed by the location and wonderful views down the Firth of Clyde during a brief stay at Knockderry. I am now retired and looking forward to playing more golf and singing at the Hall if the Peninsula Choir will have me!

Living on the peninsula in Cove since 1985, I thought it about time I tried to do something useful for Cove Burgh Hall, which has proved a great community resource. Originally a geophysicist, but switched to university, teaching and researching energy systems. Now retired (more or less).

Grew up in our lovely villages.  As a daughter of one of the key players in bringing the Hall into community ownership I am a self-confessed CBH geek!  With expertise in journalism, media relations etc.  I’m well place to help with the Hall’s communications.
