WOW — what a turnout for the 23rd Anniversary of the Cove & Kilcreggan Real Ale Festival! The team absolutely smashed it: brilliantly organised, a cracking range of ales and ciders, and even the odd glass of wine or two. An amazing celebration of the 25th year of community ownership of CBH. To the brilliant […]
The new fire exit to the right of the stage in the Main Hall is now operational, allowing easy egress as an alternative to the front door entrance in the event of a fire. The work was paid for out of Cove Burgh Hall funds as a first step in our interior modernisation.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our country night with Liz Clarke’s Stetsons & Heels. From classic hits to modern favourites, they kept the hall buzzing and the dance floor full all night long. So much laughter, so many cowboy hats, and a fantastic crowd. Definitely a night we won’t forget.

Patricia Hartshorne certainly swaggered on to Cove Burgh Hall stage with attitude in her one woman cabaret. We were treated to an array of Patricia's personas throughout the evening with a bit of audience participation when it came to a costume change. Banter interspersed with song Patricia ended the night dashing off to Helensburgh to […]
A fabulous afternoon of mesmerising, melodic, magical sounds of Pippa Reid Foster. The audience were truly under her spell as she told stories and showcased her own compositions from her second album 'Undercurrents'. You could hear a pin drop as everyone in the packed hall was carried away in the relaxing, enchanting atmosphere. Thank you […]
Our audience were treated to a fabulous night of acoustic music, harmonies, stories and laughs. The mix was just perfect with Cateran's own compositions like the moving "Dumbreck No. 1" about a little known mining disaster in a colliery near Kilsyth back in 1938 to the beautiful "Listen to Your Heart". An Eagles medley and […]
