Cove Burgh Hall is better off to the tune of £610, thanks to the energetic ReBoot Linedancing and Cove Line Dance group.
This amazing sum was reached during the group’s Danceathon on Saturday January 27.
Organiser Colin Bateson said: “There were close to 30 taking part and also a handful of spectators. It went on for four hours with 40 dances in total."
Phew! We’re tired just thinking about it - well done to them all for such a massive achievement.
The result is this fantastic cheque presented to CBH’s chairman Graham Bell and received with huge thanks from the board and all our volunteers who do so much to keep our fabulous community hall ship shape and ready for use.
